BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AND THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISION.

You and MEDVi agree to resolve any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms And Condition or the Services through binding arbitration, rather than in court. This means that you waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.
